The Schroeder Hopper pattern has been around for many years and trout love it.
The majority of todays hopper patterns feature foam bodies and rubber legs, which are easier to tie and are more durable. but there are times when the foam flies don’t work and the fish gobble up the more traditional Schroeder pattern.
